Refreshment for the Soul

“We all need space; unless we have it we cannot reach that sense of quiet

in which whispers of better things come to us gently…

we all want quiet; we all want beauty for the refreshment of our souls.”

Octavia Hill [1883] Co-founder of the National Trust

  1. HI Isabella! ❤ Thank you for the beauty that shines from your soul! That place – where we are connected to everything and yet affected by nothing…just being in the space of love!! Sweet Blessings my friend!

  2. Dear Isabella, those images certainly refreshed the soul…. It appears many links with blogs I had have been broken… I have rectified it…. I hope your Summer is full of refreshment… The forests and lakes always replenish my energies…
Love and Blessings your way… ❤

    • Thank you, Sue. I’ve been having problems with WordPress too. Hopefully it’s sorted now. I love forests and lakes. Nature is my remedy to all that ails. I feel renewed on all levels after my visits. Love and blessings to you too 💙

  3. The unique feeling of walking in European woods. I can smell the pine trees. (It did work. Weird, often one clicks on the link and it says it’s closed. Not the first time. Do contact the engineers. Thier job. 😉

  4. Refreshment for the soul, indeed. Thank you for the walk. 🙂

  5. I enjoyed tagging along on this walk with you! Your nature photos are wonderfully inviting and very refreshing. ❤️
